As an energy medicine practitioner and flower essence practitioner, I will assist you with identifying and releasing blockages that may be holding you back in areas of your life that you are ready to release and transform during your session. This is a co-creative process and one of self-realization for you as we dive deep into the depths of your shadows in order to illuminate the beauty of all that you are in perfect wholeness and unlimited potential.
Working together, we will explore your own unique relationship with the spirits of the plant kingdom. Plant spirits are remarkable beings who offer you their holographic imprint, allowing you to access the wholeness of all that they are for deep integration on a cellular level. They are powerful allies to work with along your journey of self-discovery and transformation into your highest potential during your lifetime.
Plant essences are based on the idea that all parts of a plant have a healing vibrational energy. They work by ever so gently and safely bringing in a subtle awareness of any shadow’s challenges along with strengthening one’s ability to work through obstacles.
Plant essences can help you to gain insight into your life’s purpose.
They can help to bring you clarity and focus, balance your emotions, including factors that contribute to physical pain, ease stress and anxiety, and help improve relationships by offering a deeper understanding and connection with self and others.

Appointments are online via Zoom call from anywhere in the world. If you live near me, I am available for some in-person sessions, just use the contact form to make arrangments.
I do not promote a specific brand of essences for you to purchase after our session. I do encourage you to buy from local flower essence sources, if possible, who are very mindful with their cultivation practices, should you choose to work with the essence in physical form.
